60-Day Guarantee

Every Willow & Stone order is covered by our 60-Day Guarantee. If you're not happy with your sharpener, email us at support@willowstonewares.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns

The return window is 60 days from the day your order is delivered. To start a return, contact support@willowstonewares.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of processing, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, send a photo and your order number to support@willowstonewares.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Lifetime tool warranty

The sharpener tool itself — the roller body and magnetic angle block — is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Sharpening discs are consumable wear parts and are not covered by the warranty.
