This website is operated by Willow & Stone. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products & orders

Our products are designed for normal home use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, where a pricing error has occurred or fraud is suspected); if we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund. Prices are shown in your market's currency and may change at any time without notice.

Shipping, returns & guarantee

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and our 60-Day Guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy. The sharpener tool carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects; sharpening discs are consumable wear parts and are not covered.

All content on this site — text, images, video, and branding — belongs to Willow & Stone and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law, including statutory consumer guarantees in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.
