Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum — to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Timing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–8 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@willowstonewares.com and we'll track it down.
